Policy of order acceptance

Pour receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Duzty Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Duzty Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Delivery

The stated delivery times are estimates only.   Duzty Supply will not be held accountable for loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Risk and title

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges and we have accepted your order.

Receipt of goods by customer

Upon receipt of the goods the buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods and notifying Duzty Supply within 48hours of the receipt of the goods if there is a fault.

International Customs Charges

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside Indonesia, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Duzty Supply have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws or costs associated with import duties /charges.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.
